1. Making A Purchase
To make a purchase click on any item that you wish to buy and add it to your Shopping Cart. After you added all the items you’re interested in, go to your Cart and click “Order”. You will be asked for a few details that we’ll need to complete the order.
We accept Pay Pal payments and bank transfers.
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
2. Shipping And Handling
We have threes types of shipping: Economic, Priority, and EMS.
Choose the one you’re comfortable with.
3. Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to all international orders.
4. Lost or Damaged Items
We ship our products in new condition and secured packages. Our store is not responsible for any lost or damaged items incurred during shipment. Do not return the damaged package to us.
If a loss or damage occurs during shipping:
1. Retain all packaging.
2. Contact the shipping carrier.
3. Contact us if there are further problems.
5. Faulty Items
If the package wasn’t damaged but the items are faulty, or the manufacturing fault has occurred you can receive a full refund for the items or exchange them.
Please return the items within 14 days of receiving them in their original packaging and condition.
Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
You can return your items using Reclamation Form and shipping your package back to us. Please contact us using the contact form so we can assist you.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges apply to all international orders.
If you are not happy with your purchase from us, you can return it, using any trackable service, and we will refund your money or you can exchange it. You may return the item within 14 days of receiving it in its original packaging and condition. No returns for worn or washed items. We do not exchange or refund any custom made orders. Items that were previously exchanged cannot be exchanged again. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
